Excellent experience of having foot surgery.
From the initial appointment, surgery and discharge all was very efficient and the care I received was excellent. Appointments were always on time, staff were friendly and helpful.
Jenny EllisI had a bunion removal and hammer toe correction surgery. I would just like to say that I was really impressed with the overall service that I received from start to finish. All of the staff at the hospital were very sociable and caring and made me feel relaxed before, during and after my operation. My Consultant, who was contactable throughout my treatment, was brilliant and literally created me a new foot which I am over the moon with; so much so that I am thinking of returning to get my other foot done.

Mr Nazir is a wonderful surgeon and I would like to take this opportunity to endorse his skills and his bedside manner. Us gents are a little more nervous about going under the knife but this hammer toe had made life miserable. I was offered fusion of my toe next to the big one with wires sticking out for 5 weeks. Mr Nazir picked up my hesitation of this procedure straight away and suggested implants inside the bone rather than the wires. I had the operation with a little sedation to control my nerves and it was a breeze. I was back in to work shoes 3 weeks later and started gym 6 weeks after the operation. I cannot thank him enough.

After 6 months of agonising heel pain in the heels I can truly say that shockwave therapy has been a miracle. This clinic diagnosed my problem on my first visit. I saw Mr Nazir who suspected I had a Morton’s neuroma when I told him about pain in the ball of foot and 4th toe going numb. I had an ultrasound in the room next door and then an injection. This was 2 months ago and finally pain free. D.P

I had suffered form flat feet for many years making my feet ache every time I walked more than 15 minutes. I tried special orthotics and found that they just hurt my arch all the time. I have to thank this clinic for introducing me to the hyprocure procedure which I had done on both feet over the last year. I can say that a year down the line, I am finally pain free. btw, I had the procedure under local anaesthetic and can say that the whole experience was unremarkable. For all you fearful patients with Morton’s neuroma out there! Please don be afraid of the injection. I spent days fearing the worst and Mr Nazir did the injection using the ultrasound machine and it was virtually painless. I don’t see what the fuss is about on the patient forums. I recently had my bilateral bunion surgery with Mr Kaser Nazir and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I hardly experienced any pain following the procedure, and have had a smooth recovery following Mr Nazir’s advice. The rest of staff who have looked after me at the clinic during my follow-up appointments have been brilliant too. I will definitely recommend Mr Nazir’s for any foot condition. Mari Civera Martin

I had an operation on my bunion on my right foot on Feb 5 by Mr. Kaser Nazir. I was very pleased with the result. It was not very painful at all and after three weeks I was getting around better than expected and on April 10 I walked fourteen miles in one day in the Lake District with absolutely no problems at all. My surgeon was Mr. Kaser Nazir, who is an excellent surgeon and all his staff were so helpful. I was well pleased with all my treatment and found the whole experience very positive indeed.

From the first phone call with Anjelica who is Mr Nazir’s PA she put me completely at ease about my son’s foot. She is friendly and efficient and as a first point of contact I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Mr Nazir. My son was very nervous at the appointment with Mr Nazir but he was extremely friendly and immediately put us both at ease because I knew my son was in safe hands. Mr Nazir explained everything down to the smallest detail and he just knew how to relate to a 14 year old. It was really such a positive experience and I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Nazir.

After a year of pain making it difficult to function on a daily basis I am now pain free, can walk, exercise and am back to normal. I would 100% recommend Mr Nazir to anyone who is having foot issues. From my first consultation through to surgery, aftercare to being signed off the service and support I have received has been exemplary. A year long journey but with care ‘every step of the way’.
